Deere-est
It's great to see them from a distance, all on their shelves in your study. They make fantastic wall pieces. 8) 8)

Light Land
Thank you very much for the unexpected and overwhelming positive feedback! The Grimme "Dammfr?se" (Bed Former) is basically the new SIKU Kuhn Mulch Shredder, added by cratch built resine forming shapers, plus some Grimme and warning stickers. The beds are made of very soft wood and fixed to the basic underground by nails, then painted brown ... Were did you come across that little saugar plum sascha? Awsome pictures, real stuners! Richard de Florennes
very nice what do you use as grain ;) maize powder and/or very small pieces of dryed bread crumb (you can buy it here in Germany in every store; it is normally used for creating a coat with breadcrumbs for meat, as a very delicicous dinner!) Richard de Florennes
After quite a long time, a rainy evening yesterday allowed me to spent a hour or two for creating this new diorama. I must admit, I am quite satisfied with the results. What do you think?

Deere-est
I think the amount of time and effort that you put in to taking photo's you drive around Germany combined with your imagination helps you to create the best individual display pieces I have seen. For anybody that does not have the space for whole farm layouts, this is a great inspiration.
Lord Ferguson
Well what can I say... SUPERB.... I just love that scene RDF... I think that's you best work yet.... and the previous stuff was superb... so I'm not sure what it makes this... DOUBLE SUPERB I guess \ Many thanks for sharing it with us
Fenside MF
I love the dirt effect on the models and have to say your pics inspire me to do something similar as the photos and diorama's are top quality but come across as if you are displaying these in a large area and not a small diorama. Deere-est
nice pics mate, is that the sugar beet you made a while back ?? Looks like that resin one which was shown on here a while back isn't it? Can't remember the make \
Richard de Florennes
nice pics mate, is that the sugar beet you made a while back ?? Haha, good joke, if I was able to create such a modell myself, I would make every further modell myself instead of waiting for Britains, SIKU and UH (12 row beet drill, Gilles 2-phase beet harvesting system with self-propelled tanker loader, row-crop wheels, Standen Enterprise potato harvester plus topper, PMC pea harvester and some more on my wish list ;-)))) "Unfortunately", I am not that good in scratch-building, so I had to rely on this one in this case: http://www.farmtoysforum.com/forum/index.php?topic=18781.0 It is not made from resin but rather from quite a lot of metall for the main frame and some important further parts and the remainder is plastic (or rubber for the wheels and the elevator plus belt). Lord Ferguson
I think he means the little 'beets' not the harvester \
Richard de Florennes
I think he means the little 'beets' not the harvester \ ah, this would also make sense: yes, these sugar beets themselves where those I introduced in some earlier topic a while ago.
