Richard de Florennes
wow amazing dioramas there its brilliant but i think the 590 is a bit under powered for that 4m precillitator there you got me! It was pure chance that this diorama was created when another dio had been replaced and allthough the Universial Hobbies Precilator fits perfectly regarding hitch systems and colours there is a lack of some 40 hp between the 590 (some 80 hp) and the Precilator (at least 120 hp recommended by manufaturer of the real thing!) Therefore some improved dioramas will follow soon ...

Pete
some good models and scenes you have, 1 question do you use real soil??
Richard de Florennes
some good models and scenes you have, 1 question do you use real soil?? no, the "soil" is used, dryed coffee powder and I sometimes use chocolate drink powder for lighter soil colours and for creating some clods. The Tractor Twitcher
Some wonderful scenes you've created there, as always a joy to look at. Particularly like the final two scenes filled with the classic "Fergies" and Fords, great work.

Deere-est
Ooooh I love the Caterpillar set up and also the Fendt's on rowcrops. A nice comparison of new machinery against the UH 590 and the Fords lifting carrots

Richard de Florennes
never tryed coffee or chocalate, do's it last on display a long time?? no problem as long as it has been dryed before use in the diorama, otherwise it becomes grey/white on the surface with little hairs due to micro-biological activity Meanwhile, here is a new set compiled this afternoon: recolte des betteraves ... Richard de Florennes
thanks for your feedback, "Shrek" has received a new, custom-made paint over his original "New Ray" made alien-like skin yesterday ;-) Meanwhile here is my new carrot harvesting scene (the old one has become rather dusty after 2 years on display): Recolte des carottes/Carrot harvest (nouvelle/new diorama):
