Jez
Roller Door: Ok, You can see from the first pic that i have cut slits in the back of the card to allow it to bend and roll up. Then I have used Grahams idea of the pins and a block to stop the door unrolling. Ok it doesn't roll up like a conventional door but it does the job and I think has achieved the desired goal. What do you guys think? I have put the britains STS underneath to show it lifts up high enough. Enjoy ;)

Fenside MF
Your shed looks real Jez and the industrial door is something else. That is how some domestic house garage doors roll up so it's spot on.

FB
nice and simple roller door then ;D!!....i take it there are some channels for the door to run in? (i think you said there were?) and the rolly pin thing is free so you can rotate it?? you could make some shelves up with odd bits of plastruct Jez and some small strips of wood, thats what i did with my off cuts! ;)
