I thought that the Claas Jaguar 695 with maize header was a limited edition and the grass one the regular? Can't see any limited information on the box though.

Not seen any grass ones for sale yet - I think the maize header was the "limited" (if 3,000 pieces is limited!) edition put on sale at Agritechnica.

I could be wrong, however... ;)

/m.

Yeah, Claas sell combines with wheels or tracks on the front, and you can order it with a 12m header.

Because you can't buy certain combinations in certain countries, the model industry (Norev in this case) must rethink it's whole approach to the way the UK client recieves it's models, to make them happy, disregarding the majority of the European model buying market!:P

In fairness, if you were going to get the 770 with a 12m header you arent likely to have it on wheels. nevermind the fact that theres alot of bounce with tyres compared to tracks and it could possibly cause the header to dig in, but if your going to spend that much money on a combine, your probably bothered about soil compaction and a quick turn around. If you dont want to be pulling too much up and have a oe pass you would probably get tracks to save you time???
