Tractorman810
guys has anyone heard any rumors about a new jd 6910 ?? had a call from my uncle today asking if i want to put my name down for an advance order for a new jd due this year, from what his stores guy said it was more than likely a 6910 or poss, but unlikely a 6810 . i am guessing it would be schuco doing it given the 6400 and 7810 already in their line up. naturally i said yes, but did point out nothings been mentioned online anywhere yet

B O R
I hope the rumours correct and it's a 6910, probably as good a tractor as ever was made
justy 46
That's good news . The 6910 is a superb tractor ( coming from a Blue fan ) .. I'm yet to get the 6400 ... But I'm just holding out to see if it fall abit in price , because basically it's overpriced compared to the bigger 7810 before it . If the rumour is true ... I think the 6910 will be 100 quid plus . Probably !!
Tractorman810
thats why i have said yes to the pre order justin, i dont want to say how much i paid for my 6400 via familly discounts ect, but it was cheap, having got the model i agree its not worth the hefty price tag compaired to the 7810. i would like to say this is all just a rumor, but from a jd dealer ? justy 46
Seen the 6400 for the first time today . 114 quid was the asking price in the shop & the 7810 sitting along side for nearly half the price !! It's a lot of cash for a small mass produced tractor..
bluegreen
Leave it on the shelf Justin..........................And when Le Penn wins the French election in May and the EU collapses along with the euros value, you will be able to buy a 6400 for half that price in the autumn direct from a euro model dealer
Tractorman810
i do not get why they are so expensive compaired to the bigger 7810 and the 4000's they did, happily i paid well lower than that via contacts , but could only get one at that price, belive me i tried for more, for a little profit plus helping others out on here get one cheaper . even at 60 quid resale i would have been up a good few quid
