Yeah thats a hurlimann 165.7 it was a cheap model so just hit the buy button. I should of waited and got the xb100 as its more like the tractor we use at work. For cutting school fields. With my wife and son away in Singapore and my daughter sleeping at nanas house ive had a bit of free time. So been adding some small details gates and finishing off walls. We fetched the cows in of the back field. had to check ear tags are all upto scratch. Wont be long till the cows are back inside, them fields are getting wet with all this rain. L33 DA17ON Posted August 30, 2020 Author Share Posted August 30, 2020 Been to pick up some building sand today for the builders on Tuesday. Hopefully getting a start on the the old calf pen shed. And small shed thats attached to it.. when i got back the scaffolding lads had turned up good jov I got back in time as the would of blocked the entrance and wouldn't of go the sand where the builder wanted it. Scaffolding lads turned up this morning to take it down just need to off hire the mixer and generator. Got to get intouch with the lads that will do the roofing and timbers now. Before winter comes. L33 DA17ON Posted September 11, 2020 Author Share Posted September 11, 2020 So the calf shed is up the timers are on. Been trying to get the silage in on the dry day. Few more loads still to come in. Been and got the mog to start getting into the forestry work a bit more just to bring some more money into the farm. Had thid trailer build with the stuff layong around the yard. And trying to paint my cattle to look more like beef cows (comercial cows). I got the rest of my loft boarded out and now I've moved the farm to a different area in the attic.
