Popular Post Valley Axe Man
A couple of "Blues" in 16th scale for Big David at the Gretna show in three weeks time, the cabbed pre-force as he's ordered this years Border Fine Arts tractor and wanted a 16th version to go with it, so altered the cab a little to the non- deluxe version, and a set of duals that still need a bit of work to finish on a force 5000 along with slightly larger 7000 fronts..... Plus I couldn't resist building a cabless 7000,so copied the one that's here in the Valley as one lives not far from Me and John (JMD) and is a regular at our local shows, owned by Stuart Margison and his Dad amongst a set of Ford Forces, an odd pre-force as well as a couple of Standard Fordsons and a E27n
IAINH1973
Twin wheels look good. Are you going to make some clamps for them?
Tractorman810
Tidy work Paul, I am going to do my 32nd ford 5000 that way as planned, started to convert a spare bonnet into a normal 5000 looking one for the cab, but I really want that version to match what I want to make
Valley Axe Man
Cheers Iain and Sean, Aye there some clamps to make yet, but with time getting closer to the show and deadline for david they might end up being a "Stocks" type dual with the long clamp bolts rather than the fiddly 3 legged centre handle type..... Look forward to seeing your 32nd sized project Sean

Valley Axe Man
Cheers John and David There still a few finishing off bits to do yet but getting there I'll have to try and get pics of the real 7000 at one of our local shows this year, but glad it took your fancy David..... I think I know someone that already has plans for a 32nd version
Tractorman810
thought you had seen mine paul , its running alongside a 6600, this is only the test fit, but the repo cabs here now and I started the new floor steps the other day, aims to get everything made for both , then send it to convo as he's got a uh blue paint match, I have stared converting the original ford 5000 nose etc which I will get painted so its more like the later 5000. just in case I fancy another build sister project
IAINH1973
Had a pre christmas house tidy and now trying to sort out some of the boys lego. I hope to rebox some of the sets and put them away for the future. Some of the old star wars lego is now quite collectable.
