Whats on your workbench???

Recommended Posts

I used a postal tube to roll it into a gradual curve and then bent it the last little bit before sticking on with superglue so it dried quick (Must add i can't take credit for the postal tube idea that was down to fathers initiative!

Thank you for your kind word both of you i'd like to build another now i've got the confidence

Thank you i'll have a look

I have at the moment the guttering from the old britains shed which i've joined together to get the right length just need to glue it on and fit a downpipe

A question for you all, would grey beams and light weathering be a wise idea?

Attempted weathering for the first time, came out alright but could be better. I'm not that happy with how the Fergie turned out but may be able to improve it once its dried. Its slightly darker than in the photos as i had the flash on. Both will be in a hedgerow scene anyway so not the most important to perfect. Any opinions or tips would be greatly appreciated :)

Weathered an old incomplete Britains baler i had lying around today, will be putting moss in the side where the panel is missing and will form part of the hedgerow on an upcoming layout :)

There's a good export market for these old square balers now, she might be worth too much to leave in the hedge back!:D
