Ebay... Crazy prices... useful links etc.

Not really, they used to make a lot more than that if genuine (used to sell easily for over £500) - that looks OK, but it's difficult to tell from a pic.

Its an unusual item in that the ebay price is normally lower than the price you will pay at a toyfair or auction. I have seen a few priced at around £700/800, and seen one sell for over £1000 at an auction!

I think this seller is being quite cheeky/devious (delete as appropiate). Phrases such as ""Exclusive to "JSpecialist Models"" and "just been released" are a bit misleading when referring to something that you yourself have created.

cant see uh being to impressed, or mf if it went that far, but what he does with x amount hes bought is up to him i guess, wonder if he will do the full 100 was it 135's mind  :D :D :D :D :D :D

Both a 100 unit run. The sceptic in me would release numbers 11-20 and 97-99 first - the fact that the rest maybe won't exist doesn't matter, people think they are getting something exclusive. Then you can always bring out numbers 1-10 & 100 after some interest has been generated in the hope of achieving the big money.

Of course for a 1967 MF135 as he claims it to be you would need a swept front axle with side struts as on the 35, probably better to start with a UH 35X and add a 135 bonnet and wheels, much more accurate, better mudgards and seat.

Announced in December 1964 at the Smithfield show... first two years (max... possibly less) on red wheels - 'safety' shell fenders were always available as an option when ordering... but to the best of my knowledge these were discontinued as standard fitment around 68/69.

Strangely... some brochures show 135 square topped fenders with red wheels - but not many - and all PAVT rears in brochures were red - so some models had red rears and silver fronts  :o:D :D

I hope he's mounted that on the 35x chassis as it's going to have the wrong axle if not... not forgetting it's sporting the wrong seat as well of course  ::) - he'd have been better off leaving the 35x seat on it  ::)

Nicely presented though... until MF catch up with him... then he will have a sore bottom  :D :D

:D :D - that's what I said Allis...
