bluegreen
Who cares about Valtra their ugly ,boring tractors with zilch charisma!! Now UH have got the sexier brands on board MF,NH & classic Fords you will see a lot less Valtras
archbarch
i would disagree with you Bluegreen, i think Valtra are far from boring, the colour choice, metallic options, twin trac and the only tractor manufacturer with its own tractor pulling team, the potential for UH to produce models of the Valtra brand is so huge. I agree whole heartedly , they have a charm and they have power and the most important COMFORT, id have a valtra over any thing else any day
Ciaran (Perfect-32)
i drove a T190 FOR 3WEEKS the longest 3 weeks of my life! i don't no if the man before me was a compleat dog but the plate holding the seat on the swivel on the floor snapped so i was Lying down driving and taking bends was good fun then revers went \ not good on a site! so i had no reverse for 4 days until the gear box Finlay gave up, probably down to neglect but iv hated Valtra since , had a 8350 until the lad i was filling in for came back
Tractorman810
must be something about valtras as a contractor down here runs a good 10 of them now all t's have a feeling he may have more than that to , all replaced some jd's and renault /class ares
Andy
Mainland Europe, I think Valtras are king! Going by FTF model standards, the Valtra has been hugely popular over there.

neilw
Other than the Fendt 818 which is a majestic beauty in my eyes, that is possibly the best looking tractor around, currently

stehos
Can we go back ON-TOPIC please? There's for sure a topic, or can be started, about how one thinks about the look of real (1:1) tractors.

A very good point Jack... now in it's own topic as you so rightly pointed out
Marmitemania
I like the look of the old style Valtra's like the 8050, long chunky bonnet and faired over engine, not ugly and not beautifull, I would say workman like. The Valtra robot, now that is an ugly looking thing
harryh141
im not really a valtra fan ,not sure about the new s eries but the new t series look a treat if you ask me
Shorten
I think there not ugly. I spent along time driving a 8350, 8950 and a t130, they are a great tractor to pull. They are popular around here one contractor has 5 and another has 8 or

Rick
Who cares what they look like as long as they are reliable and nice to drive. Got that right, maybe he's a townie worried about appearance?
MJB1
well have to say my experience is largly down to the use of an 8100 valmet , & it certainly won me over as far as i can see they pretty much offer everything an owner / driver would want wether it's basic spec or full option pack !, even a hardcore JD / FORD user i know had to use one a year or so ago , & after the first few hours he was absolutely smitten wouldn't drive anything else they had at the time & that includes a fendt 718, 818 got to say yes they are a good looking tractor
rich.new holland
i think that new valtra i the pic is ugly ,would rather the mf , but for the smaller t and n series i think there quite smart. my friend runs a t171 and has had it chipped to around 220hp so he says and hes a hardcore jd fan but admits the valtra is a nicer and better tractor to use, more comfortable and good heavy weight too
MATTY 7530
never had anything against Valtra, love the shape of those new beasts.
