Anderson Agri
Rainy day so have spent some time going through a couple of bits. Put a dutch barn up in place of the machinery shed and began detailing this bit of yard. This is what I hope the whole yard will be detail wise by the time I'm finished. I'm open to suggestions on how it can be improved i would like to make it as realistic as possible.

Anderson Agri
Thank you, the other one was only a rushed job the week before warwick and it always bugged me, even seeing big 6 string bales in the back of the shed! Woops Hopefully this is more in fitting with the rest of it and wont stick out. The other thing i considered was to make a stone shed like this or similar to go in that spot but i think this one works well.

Yes Sean i had it pre ordered nice little set. It does work well that it's all interchangable with a bit of work happy with how it is. I think I like the second set of pits out the back too

Popular Post Anderson Agri
Been a bit quiet recently with this havent had time to sort anything out, but was a nice day today and that time of year so took a couple of models and a board up the field and got some shots, really pleased with how they turned out a proper 1965/66 scene 17

Anderson Agri
Not been a lot of updates on here recently, and tbh not a lot has happened with the farm. I'm slowly working my way through it to make it up to scratch for next years show, and i believe the first one now will be Spalding (Its no secret now but hopefully the farm will have a nice shiny new Blue combine ready for harvest ) Few pictures of a bit of shed weathering I've been doing as i felt they were a bit to plain for what I was after. Still a WIP and will be throughout all the sheds eventually to get a proper feel. Before (Yes the worker needs firing)

Simple stuff just Vallejo dark grime dry brushed on the bricks, didnt even cost £5 and gives off such a good effect Its come a long way from what i started off with but still not finished, trying to add clutter and bushes, but better than it was as was very bland to start with
Anderson Agri
Sorry there hasn't been a lot of updates recently. Slowly working away on the layout when I have time and have some interesting new machinery coming soon. I will be displaying at Spalding for the first time at the beginning of April and have had confirmation back this week. Looking forward to it
Anderson Agri
Rest of sheds now weathered and finished, just a few finishing touches with details and should nearly be ready. Makes all the difference
Anderson Agri
All set up at Spalding for the weekend. Won't show too much until after the show but the farms new highly anticipated combine has arrived. It fully lives up to expectations! Very impressed
