Manners Transport delivering a Massey Ferguson 860 combine to a friend who bought it out of Essex after the first lock down before giving it a mechanical overhaul. The combine was used to cut around 40 acres alongside a slightly newer Massey Ferguson 27 combine.

All these posts are fabulous David but I particularly like that pairing, and I'm not a huge JD fan.  Liked those though, and I really would love to see a 750 drill in model form.

Thanks ever so much Joe really appreciated. Planning on posting all of my recent combine photos to this thread in due course too. I'll have to have a look back at my photos from the LCN Show at Zwolle. I definitely photographed a resin model of a 750A drill there one year, possibly on TK Customs stand, wasn't cheap mind. 🙂

It just shows how far technology has come on, I remember following an Armer Salmon single row harvester being towed by a Fordson Major and that was struggling to get through the mud, t'was many years ago back in the depths of time though 😁

Even just in the last 20 years self propelled harvesters have advanced significantly. Never thought i'd be photographing some of the monsters that are in production now. 🙂

Great pictures as always David, especially liked the Fendt 718 on the Standen seperator. Was that Standens own personal tractor?  They certainly do have one like that.

Thanks ever so much Phil. The 718 Vario belongs to a good friend of mine in North Yorkshire. It's a two owner tractor and has completed around 12500 hours. 🙂
