catkom3
Didn't they have some connection with Baa32,who also just disappeared shortly after they announced these brilliant tracks,.?? Regards Joe.
CX820Joe
I realise this has probably been said before, but why release it with that canopy when they could have stuck a cab on it and undoubtedly sold out in days?
catkom3
If they do the canopy first most of Europe will lap them up,then do a cabbed version later, some folk who jump the gun will buy both, marketing strategy,!! Regards Joe.
JEP
When the 8060 was first released, the total vision cab was an optional extra, and although most 8060's over here probably had the cab fitted, judging by an early brochure, maybe the cab wasn't as common in mainland Europe as it was over here?? Hopefully they will utilise this base model and produce a cabbed version, better still badged as an 8070, as other than a tank extension, bigger standard wheel equipment, and slightly more powerful engine the 8060/8070 were the same machine. 1 hour ago, CX820Joe said: I realise this has probably been said before, but why release it with that canopy when they could have stuck a cab on it and undoubtedly sold out in days? dutchfarmer
Some pictures of the 8060, never seen a 8060 with such a canopy (last photo it's taken off, only fill up some holes or mask it I think that the rubber flaps should be black instead of white. there are a very few 8060's around in Holland without a cab. nice model, only the yellow paint does not cover very well in some places, but not disturbing to me if the price would have been a bit more friendly .. photo from Trekkerweb.nl
mb86
It does look a nice model with plenty of detail, I'm very tempted by it but I hope they bring out a cabbed version.
