You know lads, britains should do the new steyr tractor based on the NH T7 300. Would be different. Also the fendt 615 again in a modern tooling method. And finally, a JF 1260 trailed forage harvester.

They did the Steyr variants of the TSA and TN back in the day, so not beyond the bounds of possibility.

UH are doing the Steyr variant of their T7.300 too.

I think theres a bit of work to do Alf,  new tyres, paint wheels which are not bad design, change cab for earlier britains 3000 series maybe, nick the front weight of 3000 as well.

Yes, I made a 4040s a few years back out of the two of them. Crazy that ertl and britains build two separate tractors without sharing any components when they could have done! We usually criticise for the opposite offence 😂 just madness

Another picture online of the John Deere 6R 185.......................Much improved on their poor earlier 6R models,

Saw one in person at Toytrac yesterday and if the example is the same quality as the production then it’ll be a good one 👌🏻 plastic panels and chassis pretty much matched up unlike older JD models 😀

Just goes to show what a lick of paint can do as far as the 4220 goes, looks much better.

The 6R 185 wheels are fine, just like the real machines. But they need painting so just remove the tyres,  mask off and bag the model so only its wheels are visible, wipe them with white spirit too remove any residues and then spray primer on them and then two top coats of JD yellow spray. Simples.
