I've ended up buying a 1ltr tin each of Ford blue and grey, we've no Ford tractors here, so the model fleet might grow a bit yet to use up some of the paint!

That's great news, the sub 5000 pre force range seems a sadly neglected area....

Popular Post 844john
Lights, door handles etc painted. Made a start on my favourite job......the glazing For some reason the white paint on the 4wd's grill seems to have reacted to something, so I'll have to sand and re paint it when it's properly hardened off

844john
cheers Dominik, well spotted, some tidy classic kit there, although the Ford could maybe do with a bit of a tidy in the cab

Popular Post 844john
Not far away now, another set of mirrors to do, plough lights, number plate and decals and we're about there
Popular Post 844john
Made a start on a gen2 AP cab, with the slightly different mudguards and rear-opening doors. The roof isn't off this cab, but it nearly fits, you get the idea anyway! This ones another 46, but I'm working on a 4 pot skid, so no doubt there'll be a 56 or 66 fitted with this cab at some point

CX820Joe
Ooh great stuff John, I'd hoped one of the main manufacturers would have released some little Fords in my seemingly never ending scraper tractor quest! I'm sure they'll turn out brilliantly!
