In fairness that won't be the seller deciding that price. Ebay's global shipping program auto calculates the shipping and they handle the process. As a seller it gets sent to eBays hub (Litchfield in the UK) then they forward it on across countries. I believe they cover the customs charges too so that will be a chunk of the postal cost.

No way! I thought the seller sorted the pricing of delivery

For general shipping in the UK they do, and you can decide your own international shipping fees. However ebay has a system called 'Global Shipping Program' which allows you to sell across all the countries eBay trade in without having to work out a price for every single country.

looked at loads of pics and none have uh’s rear weights, only thing i can think is its a us version of the weight rings,  and being tight they think one part will do both types maybe  🤔🤔

Well, their British MF65 has got American 65 front wheels, so par for the course for UH.
